Best and very common Natural painkillers from “Our Own House”

Natural painkillers are the things or products that can be taken directly in their original form without any chemical or machinery processing.

They can be directly taken from our “Home Kitchen”


Interesting list of products that are available in our own home and can be easily use at the time of need-


#Clove

The main active ingredient is eugenol in clove that works as a natural pain reliever and can help in soothing headachearthritis and toothache. Apply clove oil or place the whole clove on the affected area for 5-10 minutes.

Clove works better than any thing else if you are having killing toothache

Chew a clove or apply clove oil on the gums or affected area to seek immediate relief.


#Turmeric

This fantastic golden spice has strong anti-inflammatory and the active compound curcumin functions as antibiotics which relieve muscular pain and swelling

Drink turmeric tea or turmeric with milk daily to soothe the pain.

Also, can be used for sore throat as gargle solution- add turmeric in luke warm water with salt and gargle.


#Ginger (wet ginger) or Sauth (dry ginger)

Ginger has very powerful anti-inflammatory properties that assist in lessening arthritis pain, cramps and muscle soreness. 

One can apply the ginger pack on the region of pain for instant relief. Eat ginger in tea to relax and soothe muscles.


#Garlic

Garlic has organo-sulfur compounds, that boosts the body’s immunity and helps in reducing high blood pressure.

Garlic has properties of lowering cholesterol levels by 10 to 15%.

Garlic lessens the risk of colon cancer when consumed in its fresh form. It has antibiotic properties and prevents cognitive diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s.


#Holy Basil

It’s main active ingredient is Eugenol also known as a medicinal herb and is very well used for preparing ayurvedic medicines fron acient times.

It has anti-inflammatory properties, anti-oxidant elements and is analgesic. It’s vastly used in treating the patients suffering from coronavirus disease and also improves immunity. It helps in regulating the creation of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.


#Pepermint

Pepermint has a potent analgesics, anti-inflammatory and spasmodic properties. Peppermint leaves alleviate pain and also soothe muscle spasm. 

Drinking peppermint tea or one can also chew few leaves to get relief from pain.


#Yogurt

Yogurt mainly has good bacterias in it and it drastically alleviate symptoms of bloating inflammation and pain.

It’s a wonderful dairy product that contains healthy probiotics that aid the process of digestion.

one can eat as a bowl of yogurt twice a day that provides relief from abdominal pain and menstrual cramps.
