Design and develop scalable architecture that is highly available. Design should be able to

scale up and down with load

Lead a team of talented engineers and coach them to their full potential.

Lead by example in software development best practices, agile development, and cross-

team collaboration.

Bring in and influence engineering optimizations & drive the vision of the engineering

team

Understand business requirements, align the designs with the requirements and build for

the future

Collaborate with engineering development teams, Product Managers, and partners to

define business roadmaps & implementation

Create detailed architectural diagrams

Upgrade the architectural as the business scales to use the best possible solutions that

become available in future

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields with 8+ years experience.

3+ years of people management experience.

Hands on experience on Node.js, MySQL, Cassandra, Sparx and AWS

Should have experience in microservices architecture

Strong communication skills with ability to scale up and down depending on the audience

Should be from a Product Company

Should be from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college

Previous experience in scaling systems is highly desirable
